I still have mine as well, and I can see just fine...no complaints from me. :thumbup:
I don't mind them. Despite what everyone says, I see something besides my elbows/shoulders in them.
I find that there not near as noticeable with the dark tint windscreen. I'll take them over smaller ones and less visibility.

I find the look kind of unique. Though, I'll admit, I've thought about maybe painting the mirrors to match the bike and leaving the stems black.
I like my stock mirrors, gives me something to stick my head under in the turns... if I switched them now, I'd be face planting in the turns... wouldn't be pretty... :rof:
to OP, yes, only the colors have changed... that's paint schemes, rim colors, even fork colors.... choose wisely (or paint what you don't like about it).

I don't think they're ugly, just think they could have been shorter. But yes they work great!

Here are some they should make.
Gear indicator on dash
Good quality 2 stage heated grips (BMW style)
Engine to have at least 100 BHP as well as the 78 version we have ,just drop the fazer motor in.
20 lt fuel tank
Adjustable foot pegs (able to raise and lower) and seat
Re design side stand to give more ground clearance(see pegs )
A better swing arm( braced alloy) and option for Ohlins rear shock.
Led indicators and rear light
USD forks with some adjustment(from R6 or Fazer)
Pockets for storage in fairing
Bungee hooks
A decent horn
A 12v power outlet
Removable rear pegs
Do an RR version and a sports tour version to go with the 3 we have allready.
Oh and
Yellow with black /white block paint option

I never thoight the stock mirrors looked like rabbit ears...I always thought they looked a lot more like insect antennas.
I didn't hate the look, and the difference to me is certainly neglibible, but I feel the ZX-6R mirrors give me way more visibility. I think rider height and size plays into it, and different riders will feel differently about different mirrors. That's 3 differents worth.
