Bought a new car!

Well new to us. Kristen needed a new car bad. Found a 2003 nissan 350z with only 50k miles on it. I have my fast fun toy. Now she finally has one.

She is loving it. Must admit, I'm a bit jealous. I test drove it to make sure there weren't any rattles, and it felt mechanically sound. And I just drove it home from diner. Otherwise, it's her car and I won't be driving it too much unless there's a reason. (I did have to promise to kidnap it once to take to work and take one of the doc's out for a ride lol)

Premium gas is like 4.50+ up here in LA... Gas is pretty much used for just about everything in our economy. Travel, deliveries, mail, manufacturing, machine maintenance etc. So long as oil & gas prices stay high, our economy will never recover...

also why my car happens to sit :/ that and state farm saves me a ton of money by not putting very many miles on it.

I agree. I love the 350 and the G35. Always have. When the 370 came out, to me it's just the evolution of the body style that I love already.

Kind of ironic that the car I've always loved and wanted so bad, the wife gets it and I drive around in a 2004 Pontiac Vibe bought to save gas. :eyebrow: :thumbup: She's earned it though. She works her ass off, I've always been the one to get the new cars, bike, computers, etc... Even though she makes nearly twice as much as I do. It's her turn to get something really nice.

I have a 370. It's def not a practical car however they are a blast to drive. Im with Jon on the "always have liked the Z" mentality.
