Bmw s1000rr

I'm confused here....

Triumph supposedly got a pass on the 675 Daytona and was supposed to field a team and tear up the track and kick butt on the Japanese 600 cc bikes...Where is Triumph?

Same with BMW, where are they in MotoGP?

The manufactures participation and winning in racing is the only proof that their product is fastest IMHO.

i agree... thats kinda what im saying about bmw...

Jon, in most magazines i've read, they state that BMW is first trying to get their S1000RR in order before going into MOTOGP. And judging by their not so stellar performances (AMA, WSBK) I dont blame them. The S1000RR just looks like it's missing something. The commentators on WSBK(eurosport) tell the audience that bmw's are having issues with the electronics.

I would like to see the BMW successful in WSBK so that they can move on to MotoGP in the near future. Hopefully they get their act together with the 2012 model.

electronics are a common problem with bmw... my buddy works for a bmw dealer and another works for there motorcycle branch... from there cars to there bikes they have always had some sort of issue with electronics... i actually had a friend just sell there 5 series because it was having some dumb electrical failure and the dealer couldn't fins any issues or fix it...i respect them in there road race stages and i love there cars... but they arent active with the motorcycle race scene i dont even think there in the dakar races any more are they?
