Best value 2012 FZ6R

I'm looking at two 2012 FZ6R, and I'm not sure what the best bang for my buck is. Any info could help.
1- 2012 stock with 8000 km.
Or
2- 2012 with 24000 km but includes sliders, saddlebags, fender eliminator and tinted windshield.
Both are the same price, at a dealership.
Does anyone know of any service/maintenance issues within these km range? Anything specific I should look for?

To me, 1/3 of the miles is worth more than accessories. And, those accessories seem to be low budget items that you can pick up over time yourself and get the ones you want vs the ones the previous owner wanted.

The one with 24k is due for a valve clearance check. If this hasn't been done and you can't do it yourself it'll be quite an expense. It may also be ready for a new chain and sprockets. I wouldn't expect any mechanical issues with either (I put 41000km on mine without so much as a hiccup) but the higher mileage bike in this case is right where it needs some of the bigger maintenance items.
