I saw one at the dealership the other day. How does it compare to the FZ-09?

I'm looking at two 2012 FZ6R, and I'm not sure what the best bang for my buck is. Any info could help. 1- 2012 stock with 8000 km. Or 2- 2012 with 24000 km but includes sliders, saddlebags, fender eliminator and tinted windshield. Both are the same price, at a dealership. Does anyone know...
