So I'm finally getting some relief after this procedure. The neck pain itself is lessening. I'm still getting the shoulder pain and down the arm, but I'm in for an epidural on Thursday that should take care of that for about 4 months at least.

So yesterday morning I decided to take a ride to see how the neck is doing. I wore my heavier (relative) Bell helmet instead of the mega light Nexx. No problems. Need some new tires and I ended up with some major sore legs. I'm so out of shape! But otherwise, I think I'm gonna be good to ride.

Good to hear Jon! I just went back to work after being out almost 3 months for carpal tunnel surgeries and cortisone shots in elbows for severe tendinitis. Still don't feel 100%, but feel 100% better than I did before surgery. Just some residual soreness from the surgery where they cut through muscle. Makes riding much easier! Still have back and neck issues, but neither are too bothersome when riding. Hope you get close to 100% brother. Too many good riding years left :Sport:
