Does anyone know if you can put an 09 r6 header on a 09 fz6r then switch the exhaust?

First of all you should really use the search setting and dig around :spank: because this has been dealt with and solved a thousand times. So much that a forum member is running his own little business building custom exhausts for us using the r6 headers and the viper cans. ( marthy ) So of course you can :thumbup: You do need to bend the headers an inch if I am not mistaken. This is for it to clear the oil pan. 09 r6 header will not work at all. I tried it. You need a 1999-2001 R6 as it's same engine we have on the outside but our oil pan is bigger and as just said above they have to be bend to clear it. Use search!
