Abs front wheel repair ideas

As we all know Chinese fairings aren't the best quality and here's some proof.
Any ideas on how to fix? The bolt is on but the abs plastic around the outer seem is completely separated.
I was thinking JB weld.
Any other ideas to reattach?

Can't really tell from the pic where the break is at, but I have used ABS cement from the local big box hardware store to fix broken plastic parts on my other bike.
