According to the news channels here, this happened about 30 miles from here, they took a blood sample to check for alchohol and they're looking at his phone to see if it was in use at the time. They are also looking into the fact that this may have been intentional.

One of the news channels said that it is be looked into that this might have been along the lines of a hate crime. Stated that others said he was driving normally till the bikes came into view and then the driver just drove into the other lane.
