A guy from one of the other bike forums I frequent built this little web app so you can check out how a bike would fit you. You can put in your height, inseam, etc and see how a bike will roughly fit you. You can even adjust the handlebar height and see the difference it makes.
For example Me...

Got these TechSpec Gripster tank pads for the VFR and slapped them on yesterday. What a huge difference they make!
Website says they have them for the 6R, but I would probably get a basic sheet and custom cut them to fit the black area beneath the tank on the FZ6R - you wouldn't even know they...
Our trip in a nutshell... Not nearly as cool without my completely unlicensed music to accompany, but copyrights are copyrights...you get the idea.

Tracie and I are leaving in a few days on a week-long trip to Helen, Georgia to scrub the chicken strips off in the mountains and enjoy some Alpine Beer festivities.
I've spent the past few weeks ordering the stuff we'd need to hit the road for a week (or more) and finally got everything...
Winter of 2009 I was back in the market for a motorcycle after a 13 year hiatus. I’d grown up on bikes and had always loved the ride, but my last steed, a Kawasaki ZX-6R, was sacrificed to Cycle Trader so my wife, Tracie, and I could buy our first house. As happens all-too-often, life got in the...
The wife and I will be in Helen, Ga. the first week of October for Oktoberfest, on our bikes. If anyone wants to get up for a ride, let me know and we'll see if we can coordinate it...
Got the 600 mile service done on Tracie's FZ6R this morning and it's the first time I've ridden it since bringing it home from the dealer. I see why her hands are tingling now, at 70MPH there's a pretty good vibration coming through the bars.

Wife and I had the day to kill. Weather perfect, bikes in the garage, what to do? Well, go for a ride of course! We set out with no real destination planned, and no real idea of how far we'd ride. Well, we ended 150 miles from home for lunch at a Cracker Barrel - original I know - but the...
I was at Sargent Cycle Seats in Jacksonville today and spoke to them about some custom work on my wife's FZ6R seat as they didn't have anything in production.
If you've ever owned a Sargent you know the quality is impeccable and their customer service is top-drawer as well. I've got one on my...
Just got my wife a leftover 09 FZ6R for her birthday. It replaces the 07 Ninja 250 she learned to ride on, it was time for her to get her "Big Girl Bike."
We looked at a number of bikes, Ninja 650, Ninja 500, and GS500F. We settled on the FZ6R from positive reviews, and I was sure she...
