Happy Hands - Rotate Your Clutch and Brake Levers Forward

One of the first things i did to my bike as well. The stock handlebars have these punch holes in them that allow the controls to all be set to the same level for our bike. Whats strange is that the clutch side and front brake side are at different angles on our bike too.

Later that day i noticed that on the brake side lever that it looked different. I thought it might just be the little bracket that comes with levers, whats your...

    Exhaust Modifications on FZ6R

I actually met someone today, who has a r6 header that fits on without the need to bend. He had a 10 fz6r and an 06 or 07 r6 two brothers system on. Made it very clear he didnt need to bend the header at all. Didnt even put a bracket on for the longer can, but he had welded it at the mid pipe...

    Regarding restriction on xj6n

I meant if you get caught and they say it's derestricted, they won't allow you to register it as restricted even if you pop the plate on. I agree just ride safe and you won't have an issue though. Majority of the people who take it off never have an issue so it's not much concern unless you come...

    Regarding restriction on xj6n

In Australia it is actually experienced based. Assuming you ride frequently between applications. Basically ( for Sydney) you have a learners permit for 3 months then are eligible to upgrade. You need to pass a very easy course and on road assessment then can apply for provisional 1. Then...

    Any help on lighting issues

Just put in a relay to replace the stock. Mine blew when I shorted the circuit out. No need to add individual ones to each indicator. http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/400407391976?nav=WATCHING_ACTIVE

    Any help on lighting issues

The light his referring to is the one in the diamond. Our models come with it stock. I actually did this a few days ago, I ended up blowing the fuse + the blinker/indicator relay. Quick swap of the fuse got it working for tail light and plate light. Blinkers would turn on but wouldn't flash...

    Mod. Stock Exhaust

where are you Sydney people getting it done ? Everyone i've asked has said either "we don't touch motorbikes" , "its not worth our time" or they want me to take it all apart and cut it, just bring them the exhaust and tip. They make the quick weld then tell me take it back home and refit it...

poor mpg with new bike ???

I honestly found with my bike that 38mpg is was the best i could get. Keep in mind my riding is nearly purely city riding I'm okay with that. I found that taking it out for a day or two and giving the engine a good run through the higher gears and revs helped it. This is after break in of course.
