Well, I kinda crashed yesterday. I wouldn't call it "crash" exactly... but my bike did end up in the ditch on it's side... so I guess that's a crash. Trust me, I'm still laughing my @$$ off about it -- which is lucky for me -- so it really isn't a big deal but I thought I would explain what...

^^^ It was while we were doing our Iron Butt challenge -- he rode a few hundred miles before he saw it (maybe 3 stops for gas later?) -- and then peeled it off while we were stuck at a gas station because of rain. :rof:

Ahha! Gotcha!! Thanks for that!! :o PHEW!! I'm glad I didn't pay more for fancier signals, because I have no intention of using the signals that come with the kit anyway... I'm going to put my stock ones back on... I like that they're obnoxiously big - and easier to see.

Its a great video... but I'm tired of watching his @$$. I think it would have been a little better if you had gotten behind the rest of us... a video of a half dozen riders is a lot better than just of Martin. ;) *Plus then you can have proof of how crappy my cornering is and laugh at me...

Yup. We did the 1100 mile trip together. Seems like most weekends Heineken and I ride together... lots and lots of miles. :p

Wow... I watched a few of that guy's GMR ride videos... what a gorgeous road. I am so jealous of people that live by those kinds of roads... :( Illinois roads SUCK for twisties!!

I use "Turtle Wax - Bug & Tar Remover" with paper towels when I want to quickly clean up the bike without giving it a shower. The stuff smells good, and it really does help get all the crud off the fairings.
