Happens to the best of us. I've been riding 45 years on the street and I pulled the same stunt at a stop sign. I was able to catch it and hold it to get it back up. Groin muscles paid the price though. Ride safe!

I have used the same method for 40 years. A slight turn of the head beads it up and rolls it to the side. IMO a lot safer than wiping. We have a lot of heavy fog in our neck of the woods. To each his own.
