How To: Replace Stock Handlebars with Renthal Bars

Not sure what you are asking, but there was plenty of clearance after the bars were installed.

    Finally----TravisH3's projector retro-fit FZ6R

You're a better man than me, way too many turns to count that. I actually use a drill to loosen and tighten those adjusters quickly (since turn around time is key). I generally only have a little fogging in the corners, and when it is really warm/hot, there is no moisture issues at all since...

    Finally----TravisH3's projector retro-fit FZ6R

Looks good! The trimming of the shrouds is a fine art, since you have to make sure that the projector is aimed high enough. You removed the reflector bowl so you could paint right? When I receive a headlight, I tape off the halogen beam pattern, so when I am done, I can re-aim the projector...

    Finally----TravisH3's projector retro-fit FZ6R

My guess is that he missed it just like I did. It is one of those things where you are reading something and totally see the correct word even though it isn't. Nice catch!!

    Finally----TravisH3's projector retro-fit FZ6R

Funny, I use a screw driver and don't leave any marks....;) Anyway, looks like you got a good start! I am glad that I could help you. You definitely were thorough in your question answering. If you want my opinion... You're going to need to paint the shroud, because once you see how much...

    Problem with HID retrofit

Just got off the phone with TRS. Not sure who said what they said to you, but I wasn't happy about it. Got it all straight, so please pm me, and we will get you going again. Need to ask some questions, and we will get it straightened out. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Problem with HID retrofit

Please let me know if you don't hear anything in a day or so, I can help, as I have a rep there and can try to get things moving quicker. Usually best to call, so you can talk to someone. They get roughly 500+ emails a day.

    Problem with HID retrofit

Like I said, TRS is going to have to field this one, as I am betting that there is something wrong with the ballast. No high beams could be a wiring harness issue, which both things would be totally taken care of, since you are under warranty.

Yamaha R6S Lights, so many possibilities...

I honestly have no use for them, since I am always upgrading from stock configurations. I like the lighting idea though. Just need to find a way to get it all rigged up. That stuff would most likely pull a premium on Ebay.

Yamaha R6S Lights, so many possibilities...

Why haven't I been contacted about this!!! Awesome score...unfortunately since neither one of these are bi-xenon, they won't be very helpful. Also, they don't have clear lenses and are rather small, so there are definitely better options out there.

    Aftermarket HID gets very hot

No, the projector actually dissipates the heat since most of it is aluminum, so it isn't putting all the heat on the lens.

    Aftermarket HID gets very hot

HID's do run hotter than halogen bulbs. I assume you are talking about just a PIP bulb kit. If you want to upgrade your headlight, let me know.
