  • It took me a while to get the mirrors adjusted so that they were usable. Stock is better as a mirror. I use the right one just to see my blind spot. My hand is in the way to see anything else. I head check a lot. The left one, if I move my hand, I can see completely behind me. But like I said, I head check a lot still. I use them more just to see if there's traffic or cops behind me. They're more useful for the turn signals & looks. They're made more for bikes with clipons. Not high handle bars putting the hands right in the field of view. Install is pretty easy if you have a soldering iron and something to punch a hole in the thick rubber insert that's spaces the body work apart. You have to run the wires through the middle of that. The wires come plain end from the factory. You'll have to cut the stock plug off and solder it onto the mirror wires after you install the mirrors.
