Is it a Harley Davidson? Suzuki? Yamaha? Honda? Kawasaki? Triumph? Ducati? Other?

For me personally I am awe'd by a few bikes:

05+ GSX-R750
10+ Kawasaki Ninja 1000/Z1000
06+ Yamaha R6

In no particular order. What about you?

I've got my eye on either an R6 or the Stryker. Not to sure if I wanna stay with the sport bike or a cruiser.
 
2015 FZ1 - hope/wait for a re-design (with the optional lower fairing).
2013 Ninja 1000/Z1000 (not sold yet on a fully nude bike, but Progressive will charge my twice for ninja as compared to Z1000 or FZ1).

Those are my same exact choices for next bike. I'd prefer fully faired, but the z1000 for a naked is sexy as hell.

WR250 is next then it is on to a harley street glide
 
FZ1, FZ8 (R779 convertion), SF848 or St3. Mv brutale 800 is in the loop too.

I ride with a kid that has a 2013 Ninja 636 all blacked out and that is a nice machine. But I think it's a new R6 or R1 for me after I get my training wheels off.
 
Interesting question.

I guess the FZ6r was not my first choice. The problem for me is dealer support. The Yamaha store is across the street from me, and the bikes that I *really* wanted are an hour and half to 2 hours away. If I need ANYTHING from the dealer (think service), getting there and back is half a weekend day - I can't afford to lose that for a bike. I REALLY like the:

Moto Guzzi Stone
Triumph Bonnebille
or even the BMW 650 bikes.

Clearly, I'm not a sport bike guy.
 
going to be a few more years... but really love the F800GT, that or see about picking up an older VFR800. Something more attuned to touring, but don't think I want a big tourer

Those are really nice - out of my price range, though. I need to get the kids into and out of college first... :)
