Picked my 2011 copper up lightly used from the dealership (391 miles) for $5300 OTD. The price includes 2 years of Yamaha warranty remaining from the original owner.

Hi every one

I mite be asking the Q in the wrong spot. but im looking at getting an fz6r and I was wandering what they get for mpg. right know I ride an 80 kaw. kz550. and I go back and forth to work 30 each way. and I get 55-59 mpg so I was hopping to be close to that.

2009 Raven with 5500 miles when I bought it in march 2013 for 3800. It's in great condition always dealer serviced. Think I got a good deal?

$7K OTD for a new 2011. I live in Northern Nevada, very few dealers, so hard to get any discount. Did take a few days of negotiation to get that. I am satisfied I did the best I could around here.

For my 2013, it was still in shipping crate when i bought it, I paid $6700...they had the blue one as well in the showroom but thought that colour looked way to masculine and too much decal going on for my liking..no other deal like that around here...:canada:

6950 out the door, got them to knock off shipping and assembly fees. Same thing man i hated the crazy decal confusion on the Yamaha blue ones the white one never saw the show room floor :)

Bought my first street bike today! Got a 2009 fz6r with 3500 miles for $3,500! The guy really needed the money and made it obvious so I got a steal!! Test drove it and it runs and shifts smooth and is a beauty!

You totally got a steal! I got mine for $5000. I probably got ripped off too but I didn't know any better at the time.

I had talked myself out of getting a bike until I came across my 2011 6R. Couldn't beat the deal, $4800 out the door, with a new inspection. Now the kicker, it had 192 miles on it :steve:

Throw in some ultra low financing from my credit union and I walked into the dealership with the cash and rode off.

what??~?~

2013 off the floor - $7,000
What on earth, I called every dealership for miles, NO ONE would come lower than 8k out the door. Where did you buy from? I ended up paying 6800 for the bike, 7600 out the door... I cry when i see what people pay in other states :(

It also helps to be an utter *** about things at times...

When I bought the ninja 1k I played the this other shop gave me this price game and got them down stupidly low. The bike was already on closeout but I paid almost 1,500 lower than what they wanted. I had to drive for it but it was worth it for what I was saving.

Vehicle buying is a game and if you play your cards write you will get a good deal.
