Looks like these just came out for the FZ6R & XJ6S. Available from TwistedThrottle.

MRA OriginalScreen Windshield - Available in 6 colors.

MRA TouringScreen Windshield - includes a raised extension approximately 5 inches (125 mm) taller than the original windscreen. Available in 6 colors.

MRA VarioTouringScreen Windshield - features a 7-position adjustable spoiler at the top of a TouringScreen-shaped windshield.

I was told at the Yamaha dealer that the flush mount turn signals on a FZR retrofit into the FZ6R. There are lots of aftermarket options on eBay for these lights. Carbon, blue etc.
Does anyone have any experience with the FZR lights on a FZ6R?

I will be picking up my FZ6R on Monday and want sliders and the flush mount lights right away. I have a space next to my truck in the garage for the bike and the stock front turn signals are too wide by 1/2".

A little update post on some of these links for the 2010 version here:
http://www.600cc.org/forum/f89/puig-windscreen-17565/index3.html
Many members are saying that the Puig Windscreen won't fit our bikes as it's an error on the company. The only available windscreen is the Yamaha FZ6R Accessories, Yamaha FZ6R Windshields in Clear or Tinted

Dynojet Power Commander V - Street Bike Parts - Motorcycle Superstore
Power Commander V if you're running an after market exhaust. There is no map built for our bike so you're going to have to find a Dyno and have them do a custom map for you.

Fender Eliminator
You can go with Targa Fender Eliminator for FZ6R 09-10 - Fender Eliminator & Bodywork - Solo Moto Parts or Competition Werkes fender eliminator kit for FZ6R 09-10 - Fender Eliminator & Bodywork - Solo Moto Parts

Exhaust
Most of our members have the Two Brothers Exhaust which they got a deal from at newenough.

Haven't heard or seen anyone rocking the M4 so I don't know much about it. Also avoid the Competition werks exhaust tip as that doesn't improve sound or horsepower, it's merely for looks.

Flush Mount turn signals are the same, the R6, R6S and R1's turn signals WILL fit our bikes.

If you have the money you can go Proton's

Frame Sliders you can go Yamaha official sliders, T-Rex Racing, Inuitive, and Shogun.

We can now add OES Accessories to the list of Frame Slider providers. Their's is a no-cut design as well. I ordered a set and will post up pix once installed.

They offer a choice of an angle-cut or a smooth radius-cut. Personally, I think the angle design will compliment our body style best. And you can order just one side if you ever need a replacement.

Just wondering if anyone is aware of some upgrades for our 6R's being released in the near future? I'm on about 6 waiting lists for the Puig windscreen which was suppose to be released mid May and every dealer in IA is still awaiting on them to come in to distributors.

I really want a TBR exhaust but I can't justify $1k when there are so many other bikes out there that can get a slip on or aftermarket exhaust for half that price. Would this be the design of our 4-2-1 or is it still the fact that we are riding a very new to the market bike?

If there are so many accessories for the XJ6 what is the hold up for the FZ6R? It's frustrating wanting to trick out my ride but the options are soooooo limited.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

I agree with you totally. In the UK you can get a real nice rear wheel hugger for the 09 XJ6 from Puig but nothing here.:banghead:

I know it has been discussed, but there's also the Leo Vince Underbody or GP style exhaust. I have the Underbody installed in my XJ6, and bought it from a retailer in the USA. For pictures or info on my install, see http://www.600cc.org/forum/f89/look-what-arrived-mail-today-19830/#post255613

We appreciate the mention here. The team here at Interstate recently re-launched InterstateCycleOnline.com as MotorsportMonster.com. We simply out-grew our old site, and we were looking for a way to better brand a name. We liked the Monster name since most teh team is addicted to the drink here, thus MotorsportMonster. We are big fans of Yamaha. In fact we are in the top 5% of Yamaha OEM Parts distributors in the country. Please don't hesitate to call (888) 987-6361 or direct at (704) 987-9800 if you have questions about fitment on any OEM Yamaha Parts or Accessories. We are busy, but we value your business. We are working hard to build our site, and soon we will be launching a fitment option that will make shopping for OEM and Aftermarket Accessories much easier. Thanks Again!
