my kids are just now in double digits, I don't think I could have bought a bike ten years ago, just so much going on... sure, you might get out of the house every once in a while, but why add that risk... even now, I've gone out for a ride a couple of times and had to turn around to come home for something.

that said, getting hitched and becoming parents seem to be the 2 most common reasons guys get rid of their "toys," sorta say... it sucks, but is fairly normal...

When my son was born in 1995 I sold my '91 GSXR 750 and replaced it this summer with my 09 FZ6R,, so I agree completely.
