I got a 2012 yamaha Fz6r and was wondering if instead of buying a Dark tinted wind screen how easy is it to tint the stock one with film? Like is it doable. Am short on funds an would like to have a dark one but am not sure if that would even look good and so forth. If anyone can help me out with this or if anyone knows anyone who has done and can post a picture.

Some people have painted the inside of the screen with black spray paint (and other colors as well). There's a few threads on the forum about it. I think there was a guy that tried to put window tint on the inside of it, but didn't have very good luck. The painted ones have come out looking pretty good, if you don't plan on looking through your screen.
