Where do these bolts go?

I have an 09 FZ6R. I replaced my spark plugs. I removed the seat, the gas tank, the air filter compartment and the radiator. I'm not sure where these bolts go.

Is everything back together? Looks like maybe the ones that hold the tank down in the front of the bike.

I agree that they look like the seat bolts. Why did you remove the radiator?
