Voltage Regulator

Alright, this thread is really something for you peeps in the US / Canada. I have a Jeep Cherokee 2.5 Gas and all the warning lights came on. Anyway (very) long story short, the voltage regulator in the PCU (powertrain control unit) is not functioning. What i want to do is fit a voltage regulator from something else, the type that bolt to the firewall. The alternator is fine, so it would just be a case of putting some wiring together.

Do any of you guys know of good online sites that stock these external VRs, that ship relatively cheaply to EU/UK?

I googled around, but to be honest i can't find that much. Is there a mopar part number out there?

awesome website, I've used it many times. It looks like the site some of the auto parts stores use. You get schematics and everything by make, model and year.
