For those of you who haven't heard of this before - it may help to save your life

For those who have heard of saccades before consider this is a refresher

Cycling is fricken dangerous.

People attempt to hit me quite a lot. I'm starting to not like people much these days.

I think we ride the same roads,
i do believe that cyclists and motocyclists suffer the same treatment care of cagers,

Atleast on moto you have the ability to power away from a situation

I only get trouble on the motorbike if I do the speed limit on multi-lane roads.
People want to come right up close behind you and have a look.
Or come up beside you and then start to merge, even though they see you.
Or simply change lane really fast right in front of you.

Doing 10km/h above the limit is recommended for safety, until I start seeing cops arresting people for going up my rear or changing lanes dangerously near you when I'm doing the speed limit, I'm going to be doing 10km/h above.

If I suspect a car can't see me, I'll jig the bike from one wheel track to the next and back again.
I end up doing that quite a bit actually.

It also helps to simply treat everyone like they don't see you. I find myself tapping the brakes repeatedly and always lining up for a quick way out.
