Unwanted Noise

When I push my bike up into the 9k rpm range, the ring around my key (ignition) rattles and bugs the hell out of me. Its not the small rubber ring around the key, but the larger plastic ring on the outside of it. When I got home I checked it out and noticed it pretty much just floats on there and you can spin it freely. I was wondering if any of the rest of you have noticed this and if so, have you done anything to fix it?

Here is what I use

Ignition Key on the one end of this contraption...

All other keys on the other end...

Push button to seperate, extra keys go in a pocket.

Reconnect when I get to my destination (usually commuting to work)

He's not talking about the actual key ring he's using. He's talking about the ring that goes around the ignition.

QW -- try putting some black ATV silicone under/around the ring and see if that helps.
