Earplugs!! I can never install the p1 or p1x silencer on my tbr.. it kills the sound imo.

Do you get harassed by cops you ride by? I just got the TBR exhaust installed on my 6R and I thought that with the P1 silencer installed it was still loud as hell. Not so much loud at idle or low/mid throttle but it yells at heavy/WOT.

I've since installed the PX1 silencer in an attempt to quiet it down a bit more and it's better, but still loud. I like that I make more noise and people notice me on the road, but that's a two way street, cops will also be able to hear/see you sooner now and I'm super paranoid right now that they're going to get me for the aftermarket exhaust noise.

I'm still going to continue to ride it and just play it out, but if it ever does become a big deal I may have to reevaluate the pipe purchase.

With the P1X tip in the TBR will not violate most noise ordinances. There might be some uptight hoity toity communities with super strict regulations, but for your normal city ordinance, you'll be fine.
