Two Brothers Exhaust on XJ6?

Hi! Does anyone know if I can install TBR exhaust on XJ6 2009?
From my point of view….FZ6R and XJ6 are the same bike, just American and European versions. Isn’t that right?

Just check Yamaha part numbers for your exhaust and compare that to FZ6R.
And write email to Two Brothers to be 100% sure.

I believe you will see difference only for the exhaust cap part number.

I believe the XJ6 has an O2 sensor, whether the FZ6R doesn't, so the Two Bros exhaust installation would need to accommodate installing such sensor in the pipe (drilling) or getting a oxygen sensor eliminator kit.

I know about the deference in O2 sensor between XJ6 and FZ6R.
But what will happen if I just put the exhaust without using an oxygen sensor eliminator kit?
Is it possible that I cause a problem to the engine or lack in performance?

I believe you might run into problems, the computer might think somethings wrong with the mixture and dump more or less fuel and the bike might run as crap.
