Shogun fender eliminator?

Hi guys, has anybody installed this one?

You can get those license plate bolt LED lights or a license plate frame with LED's. I have the license plate frame one and it lights up the plate and gives a little more liight to the rear end of my bike making it more visible.

Of course I find this out after I get my Speed Tactics. I actually ended up getting the led light bolts, but I think that I would like the frame better...
