Semi Final Exhaust Thread (for me anyways)

Used 02 R6 D&D slipon. Drilled 1/2" hole in the aluminum passenger peg, supports.
Used approx 3/4 - 1" spacer (mine was a pilot bearing bushing from an s-10) can be any material that will take the heat and fit over the slipon hangar bolt.

Got just a little rash and some paint missing. Nothing a grinder and some ceramic high heat paint won't fix!

Clearance for the headers. Slight PITA to get the bends right.

Mid pipe connection. Plenty of ground clearance even if it does LOOK a little low. May put a floor jack under it and try to raise it up a little while someone sits on the bike.

Very nice work. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to mount the exhaust. Bending those pipes were a pain in the a$$.

Looks good. 1st thought. I'd move that under-pipe up for aesthetic purposes. It'll just look better even if you have the ground clearance.

2nd thought. By securing the muffler to the passenger foot peg holder are you going to feel any possible vibrations through your own or the passenger's foot pegs?

3rd thought. Sounds GREAT!
