Recharge Power Crystal

How do I charge up the power cyrstal? I can't find it in the book...

Optimus prime must come do it himself. I'll send my dodge stealth, which is bumblebee's nephew to go get him. For now, ride the bike in the highest gear at just below redline and that should keep the bike happy
