I have a playsport as well, and when I was using that, the best thing is RAM mounts. There are so many different types that the options are endless. I have a chest mount for the GoPro that worked quite well, and the other was on the handlebars (RAM)what are you using for mounting your cameras to the bike?
I want to use my playsport for some videos but I don't have a good mount for it. it always ends up moving around....
Were you using the suction cup camera mount one or did you have a ball mounted somewhere on the bike? but it's a bit pricey at 31 bucks... I was hoping maybe you found a good alternative that isn't quite so expensive.

This can be used on your Playsport, that is what I used, it is very flexible as far as angles it can be clamped in the socket arm:

This mounts well on the forks, and can get some pretty sick angles:

This mount is also very flexible, can be mounted at any angle and has different clamps so it can be mounted on something round, or something square:

I know that the RAM mounts are expensive, but they are good. So good in fact that they have a lifetime warranty. Getting one mount at a time isn't so bad. I have three of the socket ball arms. The best ones to get are the ones with the springs inside, like this one:

The chest mount that I have is for the GoPro, it is the chesty mount:

If you really wanted to use the chest mount with the Playsport, you could get this:

Then with two of the 1/4-20 stud mount balls and a socket arm, you have a highly flexible mount, but that would cost a lot...
