R6S/R6 Mirror Rattle

There is a rattle inside the mirror as if something is loose. Any ideas how to open the actual mirror? Thanks.

Usually vehicle mirrors are affixed using 3m tape. Not sure if motorcycles use the same concept. A sharp knife will remove the mirror. Although, you'll need fresh 3m tape to reinstall it.
