Police stealing a motorcycle

Man that's tore up. I'm glad he schooled them when they said he couldn't video tape though. On one hand, having worked in law enforcement for a little while, I kinda feel bad for the cops. On the other, the simple fact that his motor's warm doesn't really constitute probable cause by any stretch of the imagination, so they probably should've known better. Hope their city gets burned.

My Uncle was a cop before he passed and I respect a lot of the BS they have to put up with... now off the :soapbox:....

THESE particular cops KNOW THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW! It's obvious they are abusing their power and give good cops a bad name, just like some of those ROC riders give most of us a bad name. I will be outraged if the biker doesn't win in court.

Yeah, I noticed that they knew what was up when he was just like, "We're just following orders." Total crap.

Wow that's crap. I love how even though he's the owner the refuse to answer any of his questions. Idiots. I am curious to hear what happens from there.

I too, am wondering where this goes.

One of my friends was there when this happened. He was lucky and kept his bike from being towed, dunno if he talked his way out or just took off though, but I know his bike is completely legal. Those riders will for sure win in court if their bike is legal and there is no evidence they were involved in illegal activities

They aren't winning hearts and minds.

Is ROC a protest ride or just a ride ? WTF

I'm guessing this will be an actual protest ride with even more bikers next year.
