Phone mount

I have a Galaxy S4. I want to mount it to my handle bars. Can anyone suggest a good kit for it? I would prefer made for my phone and not some universal phone bag. I think the S3 is about the same size. So if anyone mounted their S3/S4 can you tell me if it will work with my S4?
Also power adapter. I have a battery tender cable and I have seen a mini usb to cable plug in. Any suggestions on that?

i say this for anyone looking to mount their phone, don't and get a Bluetooth helmet. Last thing we need is to be playing or paying attention to our phones. just my opinion.

Bt helmet is great but still need to glance down to see who's calling so for that reason I use a phone mount on my bars

interesting point, I bet there is an app that will read you whos calling, I had one that will read my text messages.
