Painting/installing pegs & frame sliders

What's up guys, I want to get aftermarket pegs that are less than $35 for a set.
And after I buy those, I want to paint them cyan, I was wondering how I should paint them to make sure they won't hinder my bike and what paint to use that won't come off during a cleaning

And how would I paint my shogun frame sliders cyan

Also!? How do i tint/ paint my windshield black

What Iv'e done in the past is. Take your bike to a automobile paint supply store. They can match the color cyan you want and put that color into a spray balm can. Use a clear coat over that paint to aid in protection. For your windscreen get some black matte plasti dip. Tape off the edges on the outside of the windscreen. Start with light coverage spraying the inside of your windscreen. Do about 3 light coats that way then you can start to spray heavier coats. Just let each coat dry first before adding another. Using plasti dip is a good way to go. That way if you mess up you can just peel it off and start over. I do my windscreens that way and no problems.
