Oil leaking??

Hey guys,
i have a 2009 fz6r, and it just passed the 450 miles marker... i noticed after being in a group ride that im leaking oil (very slowly) from where you add it (a couple days ago). So i checked the cap and made sure it was tight, it deffinatly it and it is correctly put on! However, its still leaking from it... do you know what would cause this or a fix? Could the o-ring be bad maybe? Just such a weird place to be having oil slowly dribble from IMO...

Try a new o-ring. Make sure there is only one on there as well. Two will make it leak.

mine seems to do the same, I wouldn't call mine a leak...oil is just evident on the cap and cover. seem to be wiping it off after each ride, i'm going to mention it when i take mine in for the 600 service

If an O-ring replacement doesn't do it, it could be the threads. A replacement cap is only a couple bucks, but could take a few days to order.
