Picked up a brand new 2009 Blue FZ6R yesterday. Out the door price was $5,648. Not bad I think. I sold my 2007 FZ1 and used the proceeds to buy the 6R. Almost a straight trade. Why sell a FZ1 for a FZ6R? Too much power, not "around town friendly" and challenging to keep it under the speed limit. I love my new FZ6R it still has plenty of zip but much better manners around town or inner city driving. Sometimes too much power is a bad thing.

Well I must say that you are a very smart person. Most people would never think of trading in a 1000cc bike for "just" a 600. You used your head,thought it through and realized that "size is not everything"! HHMM perhaps some people of the fair sex could see that too!
