I completely agree here. Once I cut out soda and juices, I saw a dramatic change in body composition.Better milk than Soda!

I don't do OJ or anything often at all. I do have one soda every couple of days. That's my restriction. Most of the time it's just water. If I do have OJ it's a very small amount. As in no more than 4 ounces. I'm not supposed to have OJ either because it's a citrus and it gives me indigestion issues.Milk has never negatively effected me as far as I know. But again, I drink Skim, Not 2% or D. I actually crave it badly & will leave home to buy some if I run out.
When people ask, "How did you get so big & strong" I always say "Milk does a body"...

haha thanks man. well I started off lightly simply training for a 5k im about to run this weekend then I started hitting weights and learning they way of the gym lol. yea ill be sure to update at some point.Awesome pics.
