lol... hahahahahaI haven't seen a pocket Bike in years...Look's like a nice one...If you want to
govern it to 20 MPH for your son ...Just Paint it Yellow!! .....LOL...
you can just add a bracket to the throttle body to do the same thing, just put one so that it prevent the cable from being pulled more. the way I envision it, it would also be easily adjusted with a simple locking nut type setup.you can gear it down, but it is hard to find the dam things. Throttle lock it! Easy peasy! Set it with a ring and a screw that can lock it to only be able to partly open the throttle that slows it way down.
