MSRH Track Day Video

[Hellgate]

Here's some vid from Saturday. It's a little bouncy but pretty good. This is the first track vid I shot on my Contour. The mount I use was the Contour Windshield mount, a good one, but too bouncy and too tall as I "tucked" into it several times. I'm very happy with the audio so far. This was shot at 720p, and low audio. I've got a new mount on the way.

This begins with me following my buddy Jeremy. He's on a CBR1000. This is about lap three and my tires are just beginning to come in. Later I latch on to an instructor and we begin to cut it good, he's on a CBR600. This is a good example of drive out of a corner. There's also a "moment" in the end of the final straight.

I saw two FZ6Rs out there in group one. Anyone from here?

Here's video number two. This one I move the camera back in the tank and lower. The sound is bad, as the camera is out of the pocket. The view is pretty cool. Be sure to check out the whole thing as a camera dangling for a piece of duct tape can provide an interesting perspective!

This mount uses a super velcro and as I tuck I end up knocking the camera off the mount. Oops...
