Rules of thumb, the seat height should be lower than your inseam if you're a new rider, and you want your feet positioned below you're hips, with as gentle an angle as possible for bending forward. Of course that is in an ideal world, discounting things like sick acceleration, wind buffeting and looking cool. Great tool nonetheless.
