Seems like a good exhaust, they make nice stuff i was close to getting their underbelly exhaust for my gsxr.

There is someone here with this exhaust, I remember they got the ceramic coated headers as part of the deal.

Do you mean a Power Commander map for this? If you use the Danmoto Shorty Marthy uses in his kit, the standard maps would work. If you want him to make a map for that can though (the headers are pretty much the same for the Marthy kit) he'd have to just buy the can and test it.

Now I'm bummed I didn't see that option before I bought the Marthy DIY kit, granted the DIY kit comes with a slip-on (worth about $100) but this kit seems like a much more elegant solution. I guess I'll just bite the bullet and order this and swap my DanMoto shorty to it.

I think 2" is the most common slip on size. As long as the can is 12" or less it will fit. Mapping shouldn't be any different than the Viper or danmoto.

The Danmoto slip-on retail for $145.00 + $20.00 for the DBKiller. That's not customize 12" long to fit the FZ6R. Keep in mind I need to buy 20 exhaust at the time to get them custom made at that price. So the adapter is only $140.00, still a ton cheaper than this exhaust.

If you zoom in close on the pic MJS provides of their header, the TIG welds are ok at best. If you want something high quality(I do), this is disappointing to me.
