mirror mounts for more mirror options

Just looking around the web and ran into these universal mirror mounts. It can give us more options on replacing our mirrors but I just cant swallow the price on these plus you still have to buy the mirrors! Does anyone else know of different options like a mirror mount with a swivel on it?
