Lifting XJ6n - How To?

I'm seing a lot of lifting tools on the shops but they all fit on some sort of rollers installed on the wheel axis.

Is this the only way and I have to get those rollers on? Or is there an alternative?

If someone can post a couple of links for some web site shops I'd really appreciate!!!

Standard padock stand will do. No need for rollers

Depends what you want to do. I just put a jack under the exhaust to get the back wheel just off the ground. Good for spraying the chain.

Carefull with that, one day may see your jack bend the exhaust or worse, put a hole in it
