K&N Filter and power commander/juice box?????

I saw someone post if you install a aftermarket air filter you need to install a power commander or juice box....... Has anyone installed one (a/m air filter) and why would/wouldnt you need p/c or j/b?????

I don't really think that adding an afx air filter would require a JB or PCV. However, if you combined the new air filter with an afx exhaust, then I would say you should definitely get a JB or PCV.

I noticed a lag on low end with my K&N filter but it seemed like the top end was a little higher (or it may of just been the noise for the extra more free flowing air?)

The bike is lean from the factory but adding a high flow filter only makes it worse, BUT not bad enough to need a PC or JB
