This had me actually laughing out loud for like 3 minutes. I forgot she is definitely on my list of Just go the hell away. I saw her on the 2 minutes of new years eve thingy and i wanted to vomit. Actually its hard to determine which side of this picture makes me want to vomit more its so close!

I bought a beer for the first time in a long time tonight. Poured a nice cup of beer, sat at the pc, pulled up the forum & took my first gulp. As the second gulp was in my mouth, I pulled up this thread, then this picture & actually spit a whole mouth full of beer out all over the place laughing...

Well, while everyone is calling this young man a piece of trash, it turns out he was NOT drunk and blew & tested a confirmed .014!! Even as a minor you can have a .02! Adult .08! Even one beer at 140 LBS would make him blow around a .04... Thus he was NOT drunk as originally charged..

He got charged with DUI driving under the Influence.... If u look at the penal code it could be for alcohol or drugs... And he admitted to smoking mj.... And taking pills that were not his.... Also combined even if he had below .08...
