When I experience great customer service I like to pass it on in hopes that others can experience it as well... Last week I ordered an HJC CS-R2 Skarr Helmet from helmetcity.com. Their webpage says they offer FREE 2-day shipping. When the helmet didn't show in 3 days I called to inquire why. The very polite woman who answered the phone realized that the order was missed and without hesitation offered me a free visor to go with it. So I chose an anti-fog visor.
In 2 days I recieved the helmet only to realize that I ordered a size too small. Again I called helmet city and explained the situation. They were willing to sell me different size helmet pads at cost along with FREE 2-day shipping. What great customer service!
