Jun 13, 2012 #3 W Wooster New Member Just make sure you pull the 2 rubber vent hoses that are connected to it back to their original position when you put the tank back down.

Jun 14, 2012 #7 P Perdurable Teeker!!! Elite Member I take them both off whenever I work on it so I don’t bush on them and scratch them!! remove two bolts on top loosen rear bolt if you want to pull up vent tubes as you raise the tank pull them back down as you lower it :thumbup:

Jun 14, 2012 #8 B Brock Kickass New Member I've lifted the tank w/o taking off the plastics, but I was being lazy and got away with it. Better off taking them off and being clear.
