How to find an ignition controlled positive wire?

I am installing a set of LED lights to my 2012 FZ6R. Right now, I bolted them wires directly to the poles of the battery. They work, but the problem is that they can be turned on even when my ignition is off. That concerns me, as I do not want the LED lights to be triggered on by accident and drain my battery while the bike is parked.

Does anyone know how to find an ignition switch controlled positive wire from near the battery area (under the rider seat)?

Many thanks!

Take a multimeter and back probe a couple connectors that are known to turn off with the key. If its a switched power source it will go from 12v to 0v with the key.

On the FZ6 Im running my fuel controller off a piggy back fuse splitter. Pull out brake light fuse (10A) install fuse piggyback w 10A for brake light and 1-10Amp fuse for accessory and you're set. Look here...
Google Bussmann bp/hhh-rp

Fused and active with key, fits under pod, no wire hacks....

Installed on FZ6
