Hiding Decals

been trying to figure out the best way to cover up my decals on my tank. Getting a new paint job seemed prohibitively expensive, vinyl wrapping seemed a bit more complicated since I don't have a lot of space to take my bike apart and wrap the whole tank -

So i've semi-settled on using a TechSpec Snakeskin Sheet and trimming it to fit since the scales offer a reasonable outline to trim around to minimize the visual affect of the cut.

Any other suggestions?

Ah, forgot about plastidip too. Was browsing 'show us your baby' and came across this tank strap stormbringer has on his, might pick one of these up.. these are even more expensive though at around $170 after shipping. I have a feeling that the snakeskin in black is gonna be more gray than I'm hoping, but we'll see. ordered some last night
