im going to run a straight pipe within the next couple days so i am trying to round up everything i need before i start the project. i am going to run a 2 inch tail pipe with a small baffle so its not unbearably loud. does anybody that has ran a straight pipe before know what size reducer they used? or what size pipe they welded to where they cut the Cat off? Thanks!

LOL, Pa inspection was okay with my viper with db killer, but straight pipe not very likely.

I just put a new silencer in mine with a 2" pipe connecting the 4 in 1. First had to cut of that heavy cat. Then had to reduce from 80mm (3 2/8") to 2" . Fortunately the guy that did it for me was more an old school blacksmith type rather than a modern engineer. So he took a piece of 80mm pipe, cut out a V, heated it and beat it with a hammer until it had the right size. Then welded it nicely, measured and welded the 2" pipe on, Voila.
